Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
For customized or made-to-order garments, additional processing time (typically 7–10 working days) may be required. Customers will be notified of the expected delivery timeline during checkout or via email.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, or DTDC.
Standard delivery timelines are:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Other Locations: 5–8 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions).
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping is available on selected products and order values as mentioned on the Website.
Orders below the free shipping threshold may attract a nominal delivery fee, displayed at checkout before final payment.
Additional charges may apply for remote or out-of-service locations.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we offer shipping within India only.

5. Order Tracking

8. Order Modifications or Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled only before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be made.
